From all the Tulum houses for sale, we really choose the house near by the beach. The master bedroom suite has an exterior sitting area on the ocean terrace. The glass wraps around the building similar to the downstairs providing an excellent beach and ocean view, and the option to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house. One has a beach view and its own doors to the ocean terrace. The other has a partial ocean view and walk-around access to the terrace. To top it all off it also has its own swimming pool.

The Tulum houses have the perfect blend of tranquility, beauty and entertainment. In terms of entertainment, the small town has a whole schedule on its own. A great choice of national and international bistro offer elegant dining and almost every night there is live music in at least one of the fine bars in town or on the beach. Not just that, shopping is also wide-ranging.

An escape to sun, sand and basic sea-side pleasures allows everyone to loosen up. Especially in the summer, there is no better way of refreshing oneself than to jump into the crystal clear turquoise water of a Tulum beach. Not to be missed is a diving- or snorkeling trip to one of the nearby cenotes. Those sinkholes in the jungle are random openings of the giant underground river system that is floating through the whole Yucatan peninsula. They are either outside pools or underground caves of different sizes and depths with impressing profiles of stalagmites and stalactites. Apart from that, year-round beach weather and a massive spectrum of outdoor activities add to the place’s attraction.
