4.5 million homes now 8 million and up. PI property has moved much higher. U.S. homes are now cheaper than PI homes.

This is a nice house. This house is well worth 4.5 million, IMO. I’m not an interested party to the sale…just an expat who believes this is a good price.

yes you can,residential not more than 1000sqm,agricultural not more than 1 hectar if you are a former filipino but naturalized citizen of another country.
