I am creating a realestate website. My firm has 54 listings and i want to add a way for people to search these on the site much like you can do on remax.com or century21.com. Any software or anything out there?

I just purchased my 4th property. I live in my “primary residence” and I use my other 3 properties as my “second” home. Meaning, depending on the weather and what I feel like doing, I spend my weekends in one of my 3 other properties. I spend my weekdays in my “primary residence”. I know I can write off the interest and property taxes on my “primary residence”, but how many of my 3 other properties can I write off?

I really want to get involved in property management and eventually into renting my own offices/apartments, but I’m really not sure how to get started. I would like to be a property manager first – preferably in a residential setting- so where do I start? Who do I need to talk to? What certifications should I have? Anyone who can help!?

I have been searching for a home in oakland CA because I heard of the high foreclosure rates, but it doesn’t make since that you could buy a home for $3,000.
