I’d like to buy a property in Canada and rent it out and am thinking of using a property management company to find the tennant, and deal with day to day issues. Is it a percentage of the rent? Or is it a fixed fee? Actually is it worth using a property management company? Thanks!

If I use a property management company to rent my house out and the tenant decides to sue, is s/he going to sue the property management company or me? The lease would be between the tenant and the property management company. Please provide any research resources in your answer. THANKS!!!

The company I work for provides a call management service called Property Manager Pro. It is a great service with an extremely competitive pricing strategy. I would like to shorten the “cold-call to close” ratio. I need to reach the primary decision maker for the apartment communities they manage. Suggestions? Any help is appreciated.
